Refund Is applicable with in 14 days of delivery

Refunds are applicable within 14 days of delivery. Goods returned to BravoHide due to incorrect supply, faults, damage, or being unwanted will be considered for acceptance based on the following requirements:

  1. Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving the order.
  2. Returned goods must be in resalable condition, unused, with all original packaging intact, including the price tag attached to the original invoice. Products must be returned in their original box; products shipped in used shipping boxes will not be accepted. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
  3. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods and will be issued in the original form of payment. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
